Insight Sciences has developed an optimized version of a DICOM Server/Client, based on the well known and stable DICOM Toolkit (DCMTK), by the OFFIS Computer Science Institute. The DICOM Data Management System is available custom compiled and optimized for Windows XP Pro, SuSE Linux, and Yellow Dog Linux.

The DICOM Data Management System is currently available on the MW-II Series Workstation (Windows, Linux), and soon to be available on the ISL Series 64-bit Desktop Workstations (Linux, Windows), or as part of a high power computing cluster- HPC (Yellow Dog Linux only).
