Insight Sciences, LLC., is a privately held bioimaging technology company that provides products and services for the healthcare, medical research, and pharmaceutical industries. Our mission is to facilitate applications of science and technology within the bioimaging field to improve diagnostic capabilities and help make better therapeutic drugs more readily available to healthcare providers and consumers.

The Company is dedicated to the development and advancement of integrated computer-based solutions to problems found in the commercial, clinical, and research bioimaging arenas. The Company offers state-of-the-art hardware platforms and software programs that will enable its customers to collect, analyze, and archive data from a broad range of imaging devices and modalities.

The Company's founding management has worked in both the academic and commercial research arenas and has over 50 years of collective practical experience in the bioimaging field. The founding management pioneered the use of functional molecular imaging (with FDG PET) in CNS drug development and developed a successful company (MIICRO, Inc.) that continues to lead the industry in the application of its proprietary image acquisition and analysis methods.

Ciaran Cooper, MFA, President & Chief Executive Officer Ciaran is a senior executive with experience and proven success in large corporate environments, academic research centers, and rapid growth technology- and service-based start-up companies. He has over fifteen years experience in the medical imaging field as well as significant experience in publishing, marketing, and technology transfer.

Prior to joining Insight, Ciaran was the founding CEO of MIICRO, Inc., a medical imaging technology and service company, for which he raised over $6 million in equity capital and spearheaded the development of a strategic relationship between MIICRO and Pfizer that included $5 million in equity investment, $3 million in ongoing revenues for services, licensing fees, and R&D support.

Prior to founding MIICRO, Ciaran worked for the University of Chicago as a Senior Development Officer, for ARCH Development Corporation as a technology transfer consultant for the UC biological sciences division, and as Manager of the Universityıs medical cyclotron facility. Prior to that, Ciaran worked in medical marketing and publishing as a Managing Editor for Pragmaton. Ciaran started his tenure in the medical field at Siemens Gammasonics where he was a technical writer overseeing FDA-regulated documentation on Siemensı medical cyclotrons.

Declan Cooper, Vice President & Chief Technology Officer With over fifteen years experience in biomedical imaging technology, Declan continues to be a pioneer in the field of computer-based solutions for medical imaging. He has proven expertise in technology systems for image acquisition, analysis, interpretation, and archiving. He is responsible for compliance with all FDA and other regulatory body guidelines regarding handling and storage of patient data and also has significant experience in designing and implementing information technology infrastructures and data management systems within regulated environments.
